| Technical Support Representative
We are seeking dedicated Technical Support Representatives for our Princeton office. Qualified applicants must have strong computer and customer relational skills. The position requires proficiency in Windows and familiarity with all common Internet related applications (browsers, email, news readers, chat, etc.). Duties include assisting customers establish Internet connections, including email; and helping customers with technical problems. The position is 15 to 30 hours per week with possible full-time advancement.
