RAID stands for Redundant Arrays of Inexpensive Disks. RAID is a system in which multiple hard drives can be combined into a single, logical storage device which can produce better performance than one Single Large Expensive Drive (SLED). RAID also provides data-redundancy in case of drive failure.

Gear 3 servers are equiped with RAID and 24 hour monitoring.
