My Internet connection is not working what should I do?

See if it is only your computer or your entire company.

If only your computer it is a problem with your workstation.

 

Make sure router is on and has power.

 

Restart or power cycle your router by pulling power from device, waiting 5 seconds and plugging back in.

 

Re-check internet.
