Make sure your permissions are set correctly and you have applyed these permissions to enclosed folders.

If still having problems try: Go under Applications > Utilities > Disk Utility then select "Repair Disk Permissions"

This should resolve your problem. You could also write a script/cron job to reset priviledges each night. If you need us to do this for you, just call, and we would be happy to assist.
