How to set your Auto Responder / Vacation Reply – POP email

It is very simple to setup your auto-response/ vacation reply.

Step 1 – Log into your webmail via any web browser. (click here to learn how to get into webmail)

Step 2 – You will see settings at the bottom of your screen prior to choosing your webmail application of choice. Click “Auto-Responders“.

Step 3 – Choose “Add Auto Response

Step 4 – Fill in appropriate settings reply message, etc  and click Save.

Note:  You can also select date to automatically turn off the vacation reply for the day you return.
