How to set your Vacation Auto-reply – Microsoft Exchange Email

Using your favorite web browser log into your Outlook Web Access (owa); typically at

https://mail.yourdomain.com/owa  (obviously your domain would be changed to YOUR domain and notice the “s” after the http – this ensures you are connecting securely)

Once logged into Outlook web access, in the upper right hand corner, select “Options”, then “Set Automatic Replies…”.

Select “Send automatic replies”, then under that you can set time period and if you would like a separate message for your collegues in your company and for external users you can also do that.
