How to transfer a call (Polycom)

Attended Transfer (You speak to co-worker before sending them the call.)

“Transfer” button,
dial the destination extension,
speak to the employee, if they want to speak to them then,
hit “Transfer” button to complete the transfer/send call to them.

 

Uattended Transfer (You simply transfer call to co-worker without speaking to them first.)

“Transfer” button,
“Blind” button,
dial the extension,
hit “Dial” button.
